During the Forum, QFZ announced several key partnerships, reinforcing its position as a hub for international business and innovation:

FedEx Logistics
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a regional logistics facility within Ras Bufontas Free Zone. This facility will support FedEx’s expansion, facilitating seamless integration into its global network and serving as a vital gateway for international cargo transition between Asia and Europe.

Siemens Energy
MoU to develop a regional service center within Ras Bufontas Free Zone. This center will be a hub for maintaining and repairing rotating equipment and machinery in the energy sector, catering to clients across the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.

QFZ and Siemens Energy sign MoU at Qatar Economic Forum

Evonik
MoU to establish a manufacturing facility in Umm Alhoul Free Zone. The facility will serve the oil & gas and industrial processes sectors in the GCC and Middle East, traditionally supplied from the US and Europe.
