The Authority

The Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZ) is an independent authority created in 2018 to oversee and regulate the world-class free zones in Qatar, offering outstanding opportunities and benefits for businesses seeking to expand their global operations.

Investor Portal

The QFZ team are dedicated to enabling our investors’ growth and help facilitate everything from establishment to customs to permitting. The Investor Portal allows our investors to access, request and monitor their service requests.

Minister of State meets US Secretary of Commerce

His Excellency Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Sayed, Minister of State and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Qatar Free Zones Authority, met this afternoon with US Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross, and his accompanying delegation, currently visiting Qatar.

The two sides discussed during the meeting the strategy of Qatar free zones, and the national efforts to attract foreign direct investments and the incentives offered to investors.
